Resort Upgrades Underway

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino is pleased to announce that planned upgrades to the resort are now under way. The upgrades are an extension of the multi-million dollar renovations completed in 2008, providing a fresh new look as the resort provides full service and amenities to current guests. The upgrades include the following improvements:

Spa renovation – September 26 – February 13, 2012 A brand new spa will soon provide rejuvenating treatments to deserving guests. Consisting of eight treatment rooms, two expansive spa suites, a hair salon and nail bar, the new spa will deliver unparalleled service and treatments. During the spa renovation, the existing Health Club and Camp Hyatt room will also be upgraded and relocated to the ground floor.

During the upgrade process, the resort will continue to offer the services of the Health Club and a menu of spa services. Alternate arrangements for additional spa services may be arranged through the concierge.

Expedia® travelers have ranked Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino among the world’s best hotels on this year’s Expedia Insiders’ Select™ list. The list formally recognizes individual hotels worldwide that consistently deliver excellent service, a great overall experience and a notable value.  The full list represents only a small percentage of the world’s top hotels from the more than 110,000 hotel properties offered on Expedia.

First Ever Starbucks on Palm Beach Opens at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino

The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is proud to announce the highly anticipated opening of the first Starbucks on Palm Beach.  Now guests and locals alike can enjoy their favorite “We Proudly Brew” coffees or teas at the Shoco Market Café located just steps away from their favorite lounge chair.

As a special ‘danki’ for the Starbucks launch, coffee enthusiasts will receive a complimentary 14-ounce Starbucks coffee with any purchase of a pastry at Shoco Market Café from now until July 31st.  Hyatt Regency Aruba even simplifies grabbing that favorite cup of Joe by allocating a 10-minute park spot especially for those driving to the resort for a quick coffee pick-me-up, or even better, call in an order ahead of time and never wait in line.    

“We are enthusiastic about being the first resort on Palm Beach to brew and sell Starbucks,” said Susan Santiago, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Aruba. “The initiative further accentuates the property’s commitment to offering only the highest end products available and served with the authentic hospitality only the Hyatt is known for.” 
In addition to Starbucks refreshments, the Shoco Market Café sells freshly prepared bakery goods, frozen yogurt and ice cream, snacks and drinks.  The market is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
